I'm René Bolsenbroek – a real estate consultant, entrepreneur, and connector of ideas, people, and returns. For over 30 years, I've been operating at the intersection of tourism, real estate, rentals, and smart technology.

I've managed dozens of projects on Curaçao, Bonaire, and the Netherlands – from vacation rentals and rental platforms to complete resort developments.
